Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral arrangements, we generally do not accept returns for changes of mind.

However, in some cases, such as damaged or incorrect orders, we can provide assistance. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy page for details

Generally, for artificial, soap, or knitted flowers, there are several tips:

• Avoid direct sunlight: To avoid colour changes or material melting due to the heat.
• Be gentle: To avoid any unexpected damage to the appearance. 
• Away from water/moist and good airflow: To prevent mold.
• Proper cleaning: Use a gentle brush or hair dryer on cool mode.

For large orders, weddings, or functions that require setup, please message us to check special instructions. 

If you are ordering for someone in Brisbane, please leave us a delivery note about how would you like it to be delivered. For example, you’d like us to leave the order at door or front yard if no one answers. Usually we will provide a delivery photo if no one answer the door.

For areas outside of Brisbane, Reverie Flora currently don’t provide delivery service. Most of our eternal flowers and balloons are too fragile for postal delivery. However, for some bouquets, it is possible. Please contact us through Instagram or contact form. We will get to you ASAP. In this case, we won’t be able to do same-day delivery. The shipping time will vary according to the distance between you and Brisbane.
