Overview
Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral arrangements, we generally do not accept returns for changes of mind. However, we offer solutions in the following cases:
- Damaged/Wilted Flowers: If your order arrives severely damaged or wilted (must provide clear photos/video within 24 hours of delivery).
- Incorrect Order: If the delivered product differs from your order (e.g., wrong flowers, missing items).
- Delivery Errors: If the arrangement is sent to the wrong address or recipient.
Resolution Options
Instead of full refunds, we prioritize:
✅ Replacement: Fresh flowers or a redesigned arrangement (subject to availability).
✅ Partial Refund: Depending on the issue (e.g., refund for minor discrepancies).
Important Exclusions
We will not cover:
- Subjective preferences (e.g., color/style dissatisfaction), delays in reporting (>24 hours), or improper care post-delivery.
- Customer Errors: No refunds for incorrect addresses/contact details provided.
- Force Majeure: Delays due to natural disasters, courier strikes, etc., are not our liability.
Holiday & Special Event Policy
- Peak Seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.): Allow 2-5 business days for response due to high order volume.
- Gift Cards/Pre-Orders: Unredeemed gift cards are fully refundable.
How to Request a Return?
- Contact Us: Email/customer service form with your order number + evidence (photos/video).
- Assessment: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a solution, except during peak seasons.
- Refund: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (3-10 business days).
